What is included in Amazon account management?

What is the difference between Amazon account management and PPC management?
PPC management covers only your advertising. Account management covers the whole Amazon business, including listings, creatives, catalogue problems, promotions, stock and Seller Support, with advertising as one part of the plan.
Will I still have access to my Seller Central account?
Yes. You always own your account and data. We work through user permissions you grant in Seller Central and can remove at any time.
How often will I hear from my account manager?
You get regular written updates, a monthly performance review call, and the Horison App shows your sales, ad spend and our work in progress at any time. You can also raise a ticket whenever you need us.
Do you work with new Amazon sellers or only established brands?
