How we collect, use, and protect your contact details, and how you stay in control of what you receive from us.
Effective date: June 2026
Horison Group Ltd (trading as Horison Marketing) is committed to responsible communication and to keeping the trust of everyone we work with. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we never sell, rent, or trade your contact details. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us, and how you stay in control of what you receive.
Spam is any communication that is unsolicited, deceptive, or sent in bulk without the recipient's consent or a clear, existing business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to:
We do not engage in any of these practices, and we ask the same of anyone communicating on our behalf.
We only contact people who have given us their information directly, for example by subscribing to our newsletter, submitting a contact form, booking a discovery call, or sharing details in the course of a genuine business enquiry. Where we carry out business outreach, we do so on a lawful basis and always identify ourselves clearly.
As a UK-based business, our marketing follows the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Because we also work with sellers in the US and Canada, we comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) where they apply. For every commercial message we send, we guarantee:
You are always in control. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Under the UK GDPR and PECR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and we will action any such request promptly.
Where our website lets you post content, such as blog comments or reviews, you must not use these features to spread spam. You may not post repetitive or identical comments, embed hidden keywords, malicious code, or unrelated affiliate links, or use automated scripts to submit content. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that breaches these standards.
We take breaches of this policy seriously. If anyone uses our services or platform to transmit spam, we may issue a warning, suspend access, terminate the account, or report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
If you believe you have received an unwanted message from us, or one that appears to misuse our name, please email us at contact@horisonmarketing.com with "Spam Report" in the subject line so we can investigate quickly.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
