2. Inventory-Aware PPC Adjustments
To manage the impact of low stock, we introduced bid scaling to reduce demand during inventory dips. This helped prevent premature stockouts and protected performance during gaps in supply. In parallel, we worked with the client to build in buffer stock and reduce lead time risks through better forecasting and supplier coordination.
3. Campaign Restructure with Ranking Focus
We restructured campaigns by segmenting them correctly across parentage and match types. Dedicated ranking campaigns were launched to improve visibility for key terms, and retargeting campaigns were added to re-engage high-intent shoppers more efficiently.
In just two months, the brand saw significant performance improvements:
